Friday Night Live – Returning in the Fall
Middle School Youth Program

Friday Night Live is open to middle school students. The program runs Friday evenings from 6pm to 8pm. During the evening, children participate in a group dinner, games, worship and fellowship. All students from 5th through 8th grades in our community are invited to join this amazing youth program.

Sunday School

While youth are welcome in the Sanctuary during worship, most of our youth take part in our amazing Sunday School program located in Seagull Cottage. Age-appropriate lesson plans are developed for each class to maximize their growth and faith in Christ.

Ministry and Outreach

Throughout the year, church youth are encouraged to be involved with Ministry work. During the Christmas season, youth are invited to participate in Operation Christmas Child by filling shoe boxes for underprivileged children.

This past year, our children and youth worked with a local homeless facility, Program Reach. Prior to summer break, donations were given to provide 51 children each with a beach bag full of summer activities! Our children & youth also sponsored a family night, providing a PDQ dinner, crafts, face paining, balloon creations, and more. Another family night is planned for the spring of 2019.

Starting this fall, Chapel youth will be engaging in a very exciting outreach program to reach families in need locally!

Kids Club

Kids Club is the Chapel’s exciting version of Bible Study. It is offered every Tuesday evening throughout the school year for children ages newborn (Mommy & Me) through fourth grade. During Kids Club, children are able to come together in faith and fellowship by participating in games, gospel lessons, crafts and dinner. 4-5:15 p.m.

Sunday School

While children are welcome in the Sanctuary during worship, most of our children take part in our amazing Sunday School program located in Seagull Cottage. Each Sunday morning the children gather in the Cottage for an exciting time of song, lesson, craft and more. Every other month, birthdays are celebrated with a fabulous birthday breakfast.

The children & youth are currently using the Dig In curriculum. They are “digging into” the life of Jesus, learning how we can walk in Jesus’ footsteps from his birth to his resurrection and ascension.
